Book your pet's next wellness exam to keep them happy and healthy.
A veterinary exam is the equivalent of a doctor’s checkup for humans. We recommend that pets have at least one veterinary exam each year. A lot of changes can happen during each year of your pet’s life. Regular veterinary examination keeps us updated on the treatment, support and care your furry friend needs to stay healthy.
During a physical exam, our veterinarian enquires about your pet’s routine at home, the care they receive and any concerns you have about their development. The veterinarian will assess your furry friend’s dental health, vaccination status, breathing, ears, eyes, coat and skin for any abnormalities. We will perform urine, blood and imaging testing to detect the overall well-being of your pet. Based on the results, our veterinarians may make recommendations for diet, exercise or prescribe medications for any conditions. To book your pet’s veterinary exam, call us at 519-641-8383.
Middle-aged to senior pets should have two veterinary exams each year. It is important to constantly monitor their health and catch any signs of illness early. Kittens and puppies also need more than one exam each year. They should have a physical exam three times each year.
